Strategic Scorecard

 Created with support of a Taproot Foundation service grant, Operation Access’s Strategic Scorecard measures progress on key metrics in the following areas: learning and growth, internal process, financial and stakeholders. Driving Strategies for 2010

1.   Improve Access to Care
      Arrange donated diagnostic, surgical and specialty services that improve access to care and
      help strengthen the safety net for low-income, uninsured people in the Bay Area.
 
2.   Promote Medical Volunteerism
      Continue to expand the OA Bay Area network of volunteers, hospitals, clinics.
      Assist other communities interested in replicating the OA program/model.
 
3.   Strengthen Organizational Capacity
      Ensure stable and sustainable funding support, improve operational effectiveness
      and enhance OA staff and board development.
