OA Founders Win National Surgical Volunteerism AwardIn recognition of their vision, dedication and passion to solving the problem of access to surgical care, Operation Access co-founders Doug Grey, MD, FACS and Bill Schecter, MD, FACS, were recently awarded the 2009 Surgical Volunteerism Award for Domestic Outreach by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and Pfizer, Inc. Drs Grey and Schecter were presented the award at the Board of Covernors' Dinner on October 13, 2009, a highlight of the annual Clinical Congress of the ACS. MORE
